Auto Accident Relief Success Story

Auto Accident

I can recall the first day I came into this offer with my mother. My intentions were to get better but I didn’t think it would happen. As I looked at my posture printout and x-rays, I could not believe there was so much that was wrong. Although I didn’t understand the purpose of what was being done it didn’t keep me from asking.

My lower back was my main problem. I remember going to school not even being able to sit in my seat without being uncomfortable. In most cases, I would have to get up and stretch or walk around. With the pain I didn’t even want to walk around school and if I did I would have to sit down because of the pain. Being involved with softball was hard because I felt things in my back pop and I would just be really sore. It was just hard for me to do anything because it was uncomfortable to be on my feet or sitting down at lot.

Since the first day I walked into this office, until today I have noticed my progress. I have to think without the help of Dr. Sharon Lark how worse off I would be. All

it took on my part was doing the home workouts and coming in for adjustments.

Insomnia Induced by Chronic Pain Success Story

Loss of Sleep Due to Pain

“Life is the first gift, Love is the second, and Understanding the third.” –Marge Piercy

In my case the understanding part has come late in life. I am a 44 year old mother of 2 small children and only recently have I come to understand that health is ‘central’ to life and love… Without it you are left short. Busy with career and children, I neglected my health for years. Along with a chronic intestinal problem I suffered from neck and backaches and lack of sleep because of constant  repositioning.

I began visiting Lark Chiropractic and started and exercise program at the gym to strengthen my back and neck muscles. Exam and x-rays confirmed my poor posture and arthritic. My neck and head were bent forward and shoulders were rolled forward and down.

After treatment regime that included head weights, spinal molding, adjustments, and exercise. I began to see improvement. At 2 months, I am pain free. My posture and mobility are improved and I am sleeping through the night. The work at home is as important as the office visits. I understand that “correcting” spinal problems is a process that will take time. There are no “quick fixes” treatments for these conditions.

I appreciate the patients and grace that this office has shown in the disruption from toddlers. This is the only way I could get the help I needed. Thanks Dr. Sharon!
